[摘要]在保险业进入新的发展阶段、面临大好发展形势的情况下,大力加强人才培养,是保险业贯彻落实人才强国战略的需要,是保险业实现又好又快发展的需要,是保险业适应新形势迎接新挑战的需要。十六大以来,保险业在人才队伍建设方面取得了一定成绩,但仍存在数量不足、素质需要提高、结构需要优化、培养和流动机制不健全、教育和培训不能满足行业发展需要等问题。实施人才兴业战略是保险业实现“十一五”发展目标的重要政策措施之一,必须明确保险业人才队伍建设的总体目标,努力建设好以监管人才、经营管理人才、专业技术人才和保险营销人才为主体的四支人才队伍。必须高度重视保险教育,加大保险人才教育培训的力度,把教育培训工作作为建设高素质人才队伍,促进保险业科学发展的基础性工作来抓。 [关键词]保险业;人才兴业战略;人才培养;教育培训 [中图分类号] F840.3 [文献标识码] A [文章编号]1004-3306(2007)06-0003-03 Abstract: While the insurance industry is getting into a new stage of development with very promising prospects, enhancing training of talented people has become an urgent need of the industry, to achieve better and faster development of the industry, and to meet with the requirements of the new situations and new challenges. Since the 16th CPC Congress meeting, the insurance industry has made progress in building up its professional team. However, the number of talented people are still insufficient, the quality of the work force should be further improved and its structure to be optimized, the training, introduction and mobility mechanism of insurance professionals should be improved, and the training and educational capacity of the industry should be enhanced, etc. Implementing the talents revitalization development strategy is one of the important measures to achieve the goal of the 11th Five-year period. We must set explicit talent construction objective, establishing 4 contingents of regulatory professionals, management professionals, technical professionals and sales professionals. We should pay high attention to insurance education, strengthen training, and regard insurance education and training as a fundamental work for establishing a high quality insurance work force and promoting scientific development of the insurance industry.
